Start screen design was rewritten:
* implemented ability to add extra stops for a route (5 addresses max);
* any address (including destination) can be entered by flag on map;
* added button to swap start and end addresses;
* more noticeable message about extra fares.
We also improved algorithm of detecting a current address and stability during a weak internet.
